Victor woke up on a mortuary table with no idea who made him, why, or whose parts he is wearing, and now walks the five boroughs hoping somebody recognises a piece of him. He runs on pain: Aura of Suffering burns him alongside everyone else, and Shocking Reanimation stands him back up after a killing blow.
Abilities
Pain BatteryEvery hit he takes charges the battery. Once full it discharges as shocking bolts across everything in range.
JumpstartHurts himself on purpose, then runs faster and regenerates, both fading as the jolt wears off.
Aura of SufferingA channelled wave of pain that burns enemies and himself alike, climbing the longer he holds it.
Shocking ReanimationA killing blow only slows the people around him. After a short channel he gets back up and stuns them.
