A white hot ball of rage with a goat's head and a baseball bat, furious at the cops, at magic regulation, or at the service downtown. Nobody is quite sure which. Rising Ram launches a victim into the sky, Bashdown puts them back through the pavement, and Chain Gang keeps the rest of the team from leaving.
Abilities
BashdownSlams his bat into the ground to pull enemies down, then sends out a shockwave that throws them back up.
Rising RamCharges head first into one enemy and carries them into the sky with him. Landing the hit halves the cooldown.
BlastedPassive: his melee hits refill his ammo and leave the victim wrecked for the next seven seconds.
Chain GangChains everyone nearby to him and cuts off their movement abilities, then yanks the whole group back in.
