Two of the Tunnel Rats, the crew whose underground network keeps illicit trade moving between the boroughs. Most of the New York underworld respects that work. The ones who try to abuse the tunnels meet Burrow, which puts the pair under their feet, and Combo, which holds them still while the work gets done.
Abilities
ScornHurts everyone standing too close and heals from each hit, more so when the victim is a hero.
BurrowGoes underground, faster and armoured. Coming back up damages, slows and throws whoever is standing there.
Sand BlastSprays sand over everyone in front, disarming them and dealing damage.
ComboHolds one hero still and pummels them. If they die during it or just after, the pair gain max health for good.
